Please note that the payer is responsible for any PayPal fee or charge. Paypal Fee is 4.4% of registration fee + 0.3USD. The amount on the receipt we issue does not cover Paypal Fee.
For each accepted paper, at least one author of the paper must be registered at a Regular Registration rate before December 15th, 2015. If complete payment is not received by the Early bird registration deadline, the paper will be pulled from the publication.
