Registration Information

1. Each accepted paper needs at least one *Regular Registration WITH Early bird Registration. Otherwise, the paper cannot be included in KST conference proceedings.
   

   That is for each accepted paper,at least one author of the paper must be registered at a Regular Registration rate before December 25, 2017. If complete payment is not received by the Early bird Registration deadline, the paper will be pulled from the publication.

2. To be eligible for publication in IEEEXplore, an author of a paper is required to present his/her paper. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (i.e. removal from IEEE Xplore), if the paper is not presented at the conference.
3. Member of IEEE/ECTI must declare a valid membership status (such as, a copy of member card or other membership evidences upon registration).
4. Students must declare a valid student status (such as a copy of student card or other evidences).
5. Successful registration and the acceptance of the final submission will be acknowledged via email to the designated corresponding author. The printed receipt of the conference fee will be issued at the time of the conference.
6. Response to the Comments of Reviewers, Screen Capture of the Response from IEEE PDF eXpress^TM site (http://www.pdf-express.org), Copyright-Transfer, Author-Biography, Payment-Slip of your paper, valid IEEE/ECTI membership status (if any) and valid student status for Early bird Registration, are required by December 25, 2016.

8. IMPORTANT!! Please read carefully.
   When you make an international wire transfer (MT103 SWIFT), you must ask your bank a "OUR" payment instruction. The "OUR" instruction means you pay for all transfer charges and this guarantees that we will receive your payment in full. Please note that you will have to pay any sending related fees, otherwise these will be deducted from the full amount you wish to send.

1. Regular author, student author, regular participant, co-author, and student participants registration cover Abstract book, USB, Bag, Coffee-Break, Lunch, and Banquet at Chiang Mai Night Safari (Feb 1, 2018).
2. Additional ticket for banquet on Feb 1, 2018 is 1,000 THB (available at the registration desk)
3. Additional ticket for lunch and coffee-break on Feb 1-2, 2018 is 1,000 THB for adult and 550 THB per child (under 12 yrs) (available at the registration desk)
