3 Main Steps for Submitting Final Camera-Ready

Step 1 : Creating a PDF for IEEE Conference

  1. ! Please Carefully ! modify your paper(s) regarding the comments from the reviewers.
  2. Please download the following documents and carefully check your camera-ready format with the IEEE Camera-Ready Template:
    Templates: Microsoft Word LaTeX Bibliography Files
    Review Response: Response to Reviewers Comments
  3. The PDF file characteristics for publishing in the IEEEXplore® Database are described in summary as follows:
    • Embedded All Fonts
    • PDF Version: 1.4 (Acrobat 5) or later
    • MUST use PDF Distiller
    • Paper size: A4
    • Maximum number of pages: 6
    • NO Bookmarks or Links
    • NO Passwords or Security setting
    • NO Crop, Registration, or Other Marks
    • NO Merged Files or Packaged PDF
    • NO Attachments
    • Work with all kinds of PDF Viewers

Step 2 : Before Submitting Final Camera-Ready

Authors must visit the conference's PDF eXpress site to check their PDF files and determine if they are IEEE Xplore®-compatible by January 25, 2027.

  1. Log in to the IEEE PDF express™ site: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
  2. For first-time users, please do the following:
    • Select the New Users - Click Here link.
    • Enter the following details:
      • Conference ID: 70778X
      • Your email address
      • A secure password
    • Continue to enter information as prompted.
    • An online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent to verify your account setup.
  3. Existing users of PDF express need to follow the previous steps with the same email and password used for previous conferences.

Step 3 : Upload Final Format & Registration

  1. The final camera-ready file in IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDF from the previous step is required by January 25, 2027. Please submit it at The Submission Page using your email as the login.
  2. Required Documents: Response to the Comments of Reviewers, Payment-Slip of your paper, and valid IEEE/ECTI membership status (if any) for Early bird registration are also required. Please review and upload all evidence at the Registration Policy page by January 25, 2027.
